Due to the nature of spiritual consultation services, refunds are generally not provided once a consultation has been completed.
If a session is cancelled before it begins, or if I am unable to conduct the session due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
In cases of duplicate payment or technical payment errors, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
